Urbanise secures Mystrata contract in South Africa

Urbanise.com Limited (Urbanise) (ASX:UBN) announced today that it has secured contracts for its recently acquired Mystrata platform with leading South African property management company – The Landsdowne Group (Landsdowne) – incorporating Landsdowne Property Management, Landsdowne Estate Management & Landsdowne Investment Properties.

Landsdowne will use Urbanise Mystrata cloud-based software to manage the Sectional Title and Home Owners’ schemes of their combined property portfolio of 6435 units. Landsdowne operate primarily in the Northern areas of Johannesburg but are expanding rapidly around the greater areas of Gauteng and South Africa.Commenting on the announcement, Landsdowne Director Wouter van den Heever said, “With our rapidly expanding property portfolio, we were looking for a technology solution that would create new efficiencies, reduce operational costs and provide our team with reliable remote network access at all times. Landsdowne was recently awarded management of the prestigious Steyn City development in Johannesburg – which will comprise of 10,000 units on completion.
